The spacious room offered a lovely balcony view, perfect for watching the sunset. Breakfast was good with a generous selection of fresh fruits and good coffee.

Amazing views from the balcony, and the location is perfect for exploring. We felt welcome everywhere on the hotel, especially with our pup!

The hotel was adjacent to the hill, a very nice quiet area and Bolzano thanks to its amazing and incredible location. It also was on the valley.

The most important was the staff - AMICABLE and helpful people. The rooms were both wonderful, cozy, complete with spectacular view, a balcony. Had hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. I loved the peaceful ambiance.

The location, while quiet, felt a bit isolated. We had to trek up hilly streets to reach the cable car, and it was tiring on the return trip, especially in the heat.

It was just a good pick for a swift visit with fantastic value. The views from the balcony were amazing, especially during sunset. Make sure to bring your own toiletries if you prefer something fresher.

I was deeply frustrated by the lack of staff presence . There wasn't a clear check-in area. The cleanliness left much to be desired with used towels being rearranged rather than replaced, and I was rudely interrupted one morning when a staff member barged into my room without knocking.

Fine views reached from a large, spacious room, great to appreciate the peaceful location. The continental breakfast featured good homemade marmalade, which we enjoyed greatly. The heater in the bedroom didn't work properly, leaving it quite chilly. Check-in was also stressful, with no one answering calls, leading to a long wait for assistance.

The decor appears quite outdated, with very old-fashioned carpets. Unclear communication regarding check-in. A lack of staff presence left us feeling unsupported. Not good enough for the price paid!!!

The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the price, with generous servings of fresh juice and coffee. I noticed there was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals that was distracting at times, and it would be nice if there was an option to decline daily room service.

Check-in was a bit stressful with unanswered calls, but the staff eventually greeted me warmly. The views from the room were fine, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the heater in the main bedroom didn't seem to work, the bathroom was warm. Variety in breakfast options could improve.
